# Create a lasting legacy through thoughtful planned giving.

Leaving a gift through your will or trust is a meaningful way to create a lasting legacy that extends beyond your lifetime. A bequest is one of the simplest and most impactful ways to ensure your values live on.

To include the East Angel Foundation in your legacy, simply name the foundation as a beneficiary in your will or estate plan.

We would be honored to recognize your thoughtful generosity. Please let us know about your intentions by completing the Bequest Enrollment Form (https://eastangelfoundation.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/EAF-Bequest-Enrollment-Form-2025.pdf), so we can welcome you as a valued member of our **Heritage Society**.
